Powell studied radio, television and film at UT and is an alumnus of the UTLA program, where he spent a semester in Los Angeles. Gophers football player Miles Fleming, a third-year defensive back, said Thursday he will enter the NCAA transfer portal.Fleming, who appeared in seven games in 2021-22, is the first departure since Minnesota’s spring practices ended on Saturday.Fleming, of Columbus, Ohio, thanked head coach P.J.
