By WILL WEISSERT and KATE BRUMBACK (Associated Press)ATLANTA (AP) — Attorney and prominent conservative media figure Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty on Tuesday to a felony charge over efforts to overturn Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss in Georgia, tearfully telling the judge she looks back on that time with “deep remorse.”Ellis, the fourth defendant in the case to enter into a plea deal, was a vocal part of Trump’s reelection campaign in the last presidential cycle and was charged alongside the Republican former president and 17 others with violating the state’s anti-racketeering law. Ellis pleaded guilty to one felony count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings. A semi-truck flipped over on the 60 Freeway overnight, spilling gallons of fuel into the roadway. The crash happened around midnight Tuesday on the eastbound side of the 60 Freeway in the City of Industry near Azusa Avenue, according to preliminary information from police. A man faces DUI and child endangerment charges after he reported that a child had gone missing from his vehicle while he was in a supermarket in Mansfield on Monday only to later learn he had left the juvenile at home.The child was reported missing by 30-year-old Colby Parker of Mansfield sometime around 8:18 p.m. at the Price Chopper located at 1220 Storrs Road, according to Connecticut State Police.Troopers combed the area along with officers from the UConn and Coventry Police Departments during a search that included K-9 units as well as employees of Price Chopper, state police said. (BCN) -- California State University's four-year graduation rates remain flat for the 23-campus system just two years before the end of a 10-year deadline to dramatically improve them.The system announced Monday during its Graduation Initiative 2025 symposium in San Diego that rates remain unchanged from last year for first-time students. Preliminary data shows the four-year graduation rate remains unchanged from last year at 35 percent. The system's 2025 goal is 40 percent. The six-year graduation rate for first-time students also remains the same as last year at 62 percent. The 2025 goal is 70 percent.
