MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) — Red Bull principal Christian Horner has criticized the stricter interpretation of a rule that bans Formula One team employees from climbing pit wall for victory celebrations.Horner said on Friday at the Australian Grand Prix that F1 will lose out by stopping what he described as “iconic” celebrations after ruling body FIA issued a new safety memo before Sunday’s Australian race, the third in this year’s seriesF1 race director Niels Wittich issued instructions stating “it is forbidden to climb on a pit wall debris fence at any time.” Stating team personnel are only allowed in pit lane just before or after they are required to work on a car, the safety edict said employees must exit as soon as the work is complete.“Any action by a team breaching this ban will be reported to the stewards,” the statement reads. After Red Bull’s Max Verstappen recorded the fastest lap time in the opening practice session around the Albert Park circuit, Horner appear...Shohei Ohtani strikes out 10 in Angels’ opening loss to A’s

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — Shohei Ohtani’s Pitchcom machine failed him for a stretch in the first inning, so he had to improvise with a rookie catcher. “It was tough because you want to go a different pitch, but you don’t have enough fingers,” O’Hoppe said in reference to Ohtani’s extensive repertoire. “We got through it, luckily.”Ohtani struck out 10 over six scoreless innings in his season debut coming off the World Baseball Classic title before Oakland capitalized once he exited, with Aledmys Díaz rallying the Athletics on a tiebreaking single in the eighth for a 2-1 win over the Los Angeles Angels on Thursday night. “We got a lot of guys on base and in scoring position, we just lacked that one big hit,” Ohtani said through interpreter Ippei Mizuhara.Esteury Ruiz singled and Tony Kemp hit a tying double to start the rally against Aaron Loup (0-1).The A’s hoped to get a chance once Ohtani’s day was done.“He kind of dominated us a little bit with 10 ...Detienen a tres hombres por agredir y robar al rapero Tekashi 6ix9ine

The Associated PressReview: Sandler, Aniston reteam in ‘Murder Mystery 2’

You would have a hard time defending the limp plotting, the bland action-adventure set pieces or the Agatha Christie-light whodunit twists of the first “Murder Mystery.” And, yet, it was kind of good. “Murder Mystery,” one of Netflix’s most-streamed films, was chock full of exotic settings and mysterious murders. But the only thing that mattered, really, was the banter between Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. Though “Murder Mystery” could be said to epitomize that very modern kind of passive and painless viewing experience on streaming platforms, their married couple was a throwback to a long-ago movie era. Audrey and Nick Spitz, a pair of working-class New Yorkers turned semi-amateur detectives, might as well be Nick and Nora Charles, the 1930s cocktail-swilling crime solvers. “Murder Mystery” and its new sequel don’t have anywhere near the sparkle of the “The Thin Man” movies, with William Powell, Myrna Loy and their wire fox terrier Asta. But like those films, every...UN nuclear chief to focus on proposing safety measures around nuclear plant
