Happy Tuesday, South Florida!Hopefully everyone was able to stay dry on Monday as heavy rain eventually moved into our area by the mid to late morning and soaked all of South Florida continuously throughout the day. Multiple flood advisories were issued, flash flood warnings as well, and unfortunately, the rain was still going as we woke up this morning. A weak front remains stalled close by and with a wind off the water (winds out of the East/Northeast), moisture from the Atlantic continues to funnel into our area. Unfortunately, it looks like conditions will still remain unsettled for us as we continue about our week. A wind advisory has once again been issued for Coastal Miami-Dade and Coastal Broward. Not to mention, a flood watch has been issued for Metro and Coastal areas of Miami-Dade and Broward.Today will be a mostly cloudy kind of day once again as plenty of moisture remains trapped over South Florida. The wind advisory that was issued on Monday was allowed to expire, ho...See the Chipotle of the future

(CNN) — The distinctive gas grills in Chipotle restaurants might be a thing of the past.On Tuesday, the fast casual Mexican chain unveiled an all-electric restaurant design that is completely powered by renewable energy, such as solar and wind. That means the gas grills that have become the focal point for walk-in customers are being replaced by electric systems, which are intended to help the chain achieve its goal of cutting greenhouse gas emissions in half by 2030.Noticeable changes in this new store format include rooftop solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations and biodegradable flatware and bowls. Other changes include cactus-leather chairs and artwork made from recycled rice husks. Chipotle will tweak the design based on feedback from customers and employees, the company said. The interior of a new Chipotle. During the last month, the relationship between the Baltimore Ravens and Lamar Jackson has been rocky to say the least. Now Baltimore hopes the signing of wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will help mend fences between the two sides. Before the March 7 deadline, the Ravens placed the franchise tag on Jackson after failing to reach a long-term agreement. Then weeks later, during the NFL Annual Meetings in Phoenix, Jackson tweeted he had requested the Ravens to trade himx. This was minutes after coach John Harbaugh began speaking to the media.“You’ve got two sides that appreciate each other,” Harbaugh said last month. “Lamar believes in us and we believe in Lamar.“It’s a monetary thing that can be figured out, that can be worked out. That’s just a matter of negotiating. WASHINGTON (AP) — Democrats have chosen Chicago to host their 2024 national convention, trying to keep the party’s momentum going after last fall’s midterm election success in the critical Midwest. The decision, confirmed by a Democratic official who spoke on Tuesday on the condition of anonymity before an official announcement, comes after President Joe Biden chose Chicago over finalists that also included Atlanta and New York.Chicago is solidly Democratic, as is Illinois. But holding the party’s presidential nominating gathering in such a pro-union city again demonstrates Biden’s commitment to organized labor — which will be critical to his bid to win a second term in the White House. The move also could counter Republicans, who last summer decided to hold their 2024 convention in Milwaukee in another critical Midwestern battleground state, Wisconsin. The 2020 Democratic convention was supposed to be held in Milwaukee but unfolded virtually because of the coronavirus pan...Latest news
