Not attending ACL? You can still catch these festival performers in Austin AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Missed out on Weekend 1 of the Austin City Limits Music Festival and don't have tickets to Weekend 2? Man arrested in connection to Lark Street burglary ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A man has been arrested in Albany following an investigation into a burglary on Lark Street, according to police. An investigation conducted by the Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit determined that on September 20 at 2:15 a.m., Rivera allegedly entered Tapasia Restaurant on Lark Street by damaging the front window. On October 12 at 1 a.m., following the investigation, officers attempted to stop Rivera in the area of Orange Street and Henry Johnson Boulevard. Motorcycle riding burglars hit a St. Francois County business ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, Mo. -- Police are looking for several people wanted in connection to a business burglary early Thursday morning. They have released images from surveillance video in an attempt to find the suspects.The St. Francois County Sheriff's Department says that officers were called to check on a burglar alarm at around 5:30 a.m. at a small business on Hillsboro Road north of Highway O. Surveillance video shows the thieves arriving on a motorcycle. They wore hoodies to cover their faces, broke into the building, and stole several items. Violent sex offender escapes state supervision Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a violent convicted sex offender with mental health problems who walked away from his state-mandated program in Los Angeles.  John Scott Carver, 71, was last seen Oct. 10 at around 7:30 p.m. near Olympic Boulevard and Masselin Avenue, according to a news release from the Los Angeles Police.  The 71-year-old, who police say should be considered armed and dangerous, cut off his monitoring device and fled toward San Vicente Boulevard and Sierra Bonita Avenue, possibly on foot.  John Carver, 71, was last Oct. 10 after he walked away from his state mandated program in Los Angeles.
